Any idea if it is the same way as singtel router?

My wifi is connected via powerline.. and get about 35 D / 18 U

powerline have a lot of factors that will interfere with the speed and stability of data network.

using powerline is not a good way to determine the true speed u r getting.

you have to check your router and network switch RJ45 port, make sure both support 1G instead of 10/100

Also do a network packet trace to see which test server location is the nintendo switch connecting to.

Bro... I'm ccna ccnp trained... lol

Thanks for your advice anyway...

u r setting mtu on which network device? you need to calculate the overhead that your powerline is using and overhead for wifi data packet as they have extra overhead as compared to wired. u need to do all the calculation then you can know the mtu that you want to set.

Well some people just cram brain dumps and don't have practical experience. It doesn't take much effort to pass CCNA/CCNP in that way. CCIE is a different story.

Yea SDN and NFV changes things. I don't think it will be universally adopted so soon.
