mobo - ASUS ROG STRIX B450-I
gpu - ASUS Phoenix GeForce® GTX 1660 OC edition 6GB GDDR5
psu - CORSAIR SFX 450 FULL MODULAR

If say I wanna push my 2600 to 4ghz?

3000 series are better overclockers. But even then, most testing shows that just leaving the CPU to boost itself is better. Overclocking will boost all-core benchmarks at the expense of heat and potential degradation from too high voltages, but not benefit single threaded loads like games.

Make sure you install the Ryzen drivers and select the Ryzen Balanced power plan.

actually the overclock potential on ryzen is quite limited.. if u lucky u can oc to the advertised boost speeds.

Also, u either get 1600 AF then get 4000 in future or 3600 and settle down... just my two cents for your money worth.

i think if you get a bigger PSU unit for just a $10-20 dollars more, its safer. And maybe even re-use it for next upgrade if you want to. I'd recommend 3600.

If just for gaming, go for intel, 96KF would do great.
2600 is really not good enough right now unfortunately, if you really like AMD, go 3500X for gaming, 3600/3700X for both. Zen2 cpu mostly can't overclock much.
If you need to do video related, sometimes depending on your task, it might use more of GPU(da vinci studio) than CPU. And, ya go for 1660 Super instead.

My ITX build: Ryzen 5 3600, RX 5600 XT, 8GB X2 hyperX, EVGA GM550, Nuovolo Steck case.

Quite headache -just checked which lists all supported CPU's, and the Ryzen Class do not appear there, so be careful.
