Anything below 60hz for a big monitor (27inch) it is damn obvious that it is slow and sluggish.
1 780 wont pull good results. Probably average out 60fps. On BF4 tested on 60hz it is hitting between 55fps to top 80fps. Most of the time it is 60fps.
Normally people whom is buying the QX2710 they will tend to OC till at least 96hz/110hz. This is the monitors potential refreshing rate. To sustain a good FPS for this 2 refreshing rate, you require 2 780 or 2 r9 290 to sustain such fps/hz.
Well depends on game to game even a 780 might only do around 60 fps or even less when maxed. Think of fps linking to hz. 1 fps = 1 hz. If u only produce 60 fps then u get 120hz monitor also no use

If dynamic boost is off and the cards still perform the same, I have no idea what's causing the difference either.For GPU boost 2.0 if you set same clocks the max boost will be same on all cards. And it doesnt throttle down from the highest boost bin till after 75 iirc i did some experiments with it on air and water.
However for extreme ocs we disable boost so we can maintain the highest boost clocks at all times when loaded instead of a dynamic load
But anyway shadow was saying same clock on diff cards perform differently... I found that odd since same architecture and model work done per clock should be the same
Lottery only determines the voltage at which you can reach a clock and hence with locked chips, the highest clocks u can reach. But if all are kept stock regardless of good or bad chip would say its probably the same
