Managed to finish all my app configurations and data transfer between my iphone late at night. The battery seems to be fine, not great...but fine. One of the clear difference is for some games, the loading will be longer compared to iphone, which is expected. There's the option of using face unlock, however the feature isn't as good as iphone which I can live with it since the fingerprint unlock has been very responsive so far. Otherwise the phone is holding up well for the morning so far. Will try to test more, especially the camera.

Given how adaptive battery works, battery life will never at it's best during your first few days/weeks of usage

True, will only find out after a few weeks of use. But been quite a good experience so far as what I expect from android I'm used to.

don’t compare too much with iphone bah they use a better storage system also so games will load faster de. plus FaceID on iPhone is very hardware-based whereas android is really open up the front camera to try to get a match to your recorded face (but conveneitn!)
