Does the bracket means that I get to choose compassvale only? But the the no. of flats suggests that the 2 are grouped together.

HDB already mentioned clearly in their website that "Choose flats from either development during selection" unless 3 room which the applicants need to indicate their choice prior to application.

Compassvale Mast offers 3-, 4- and 5-room Premium flats. These units come with full height windows in the living/dining area and three-quarter height windows in the bedrooms.

Rivervale Delta offers 3-, 4- and 5-room Standard flats. These units come with three-quarter height windows in the living/dining area and half-height windows in the other rooms.

Hi.. I also applied for SK 5rm. I'm jus behind u by a little. I got 361 and is aiming compassvale mast also. Haha.

Still got chance la. Sure got some ppl select Rivervale one. N maybe ard 20% rejects? So the ethnic quota may not be hit by ur turn. Pray hard

Chinese: 84%
Malay: 22%
Indian/others: 12%

Mine is 4room, it doesn't indicate. I think it is due to 3rooms can choose premium for compassvale mast, which rivervale delta doeant have.

Lucky you!! So many got double digit for ghim moh 3 room... U can go to the hdb website to see the plan and size.. not sure when availability of flats will be out though.. which particular unit u eyeing on?
