Actually I feel that ghim moh is better than Dawson in terms of amenities.. but hard to gauge future bto prices of queenstown cos the last launch in queenstown was in 2009. Anw according to sources, the dawson flats will be premium flats, and more of 4/5 rooms...
Yes, definitely. GM has better and more things around unlike Dawson. Not forgetting, Dawson has the MRT running there too and pretty close to it too. Also, it is close the Tanglin embassy row, not that this is a plus, but also the high end prime land near to it. From Margaret Drive, u go straight and there is Tanglin at the end of the road. I also thought they didnt take the prison away, the last I was there a few weeks ago.
I remember that that food place had that great hainan chicken rice upstairs. And downstairs had that great fishball tang hoon, which is also quite good. That place has been around about 50 years. Jack Neo filmed "That one not enough" close by, in fact across from the hawker place.....well u have to be around to appreciate the nostalgia. It is funny, when the hawkers move to a new location the standard and quality almost always drops....there is something about that old dirty stall at Margaret Dr with the 2 chinese words as a sign in gold and black....something to just reminisce now it is gone forever.
