which will you choose?

If you are given a chance to select in TPY Crest and as well as another new HDB flat along Henderson road, assuming waiting time is the same, but I estimated the price @ henderson will be around $30-50K more ex than TPY.

which will you choose?

You can check the "last queue number" from MyHDB>My Flat> New Flat > Queue Number.

Today: Last Queue Number invited for selection of a 4-Room flat in Toa Payoh under the November 2012 BTO exercise as at 05 Feb 2013 : 00132

Ah... Got it.

Last Queue Number invited for selection of a 4-Room flat in Toa Payoh under the November 2012 BTO exercise as at 14 Feb 2013 : 00172

Still can't figure how BTO.sg get the ethnicity part yet...

Well, not sure why, but unit 510 still no one other the top and bottom unit is selected. So u might be able to get that if that pattern still persist...

Alternatively, you are still within the number for the units in Joo Seng if you don't mind - currently I think only 8 units are selected

Wait... I assume you are talking about Toa payoh! Lol!

Does the selection process take so long? I see some blocks the entire block not selected yet.

Are you talking about the toa payoh selection?? so far about 60 ppl gib up and 9 ppl choose joo seng. so the q number may reach till 500 plus. But the ethnic group unless u r a malay/ indian or others. for Chinese is risky. :( tis is for 4 room.

a total amount of 610 units for both toa payoh and joo seng. For toa payoh alone ish 464 units

I think it should be the Fengshan Greenville 4-room units. But tbh, chances will be very slim judging from the queue number...

Not sure if you're correct, but the 238 for FSGV stated at HDB website now is for the remaining units left for selection, not the total units available. Total units available is 570.

Er.. Good question, I know I took 30 mins - confirming my details, tell them what unit I wanted, signing papers (like signing my life away), pay for the option to select, then back again to sign more papers.

The other couple in the next customer officer counter seems to be there for a longer time, due to some issues with income papers I think (they were self-employed).

So I guess it depends.

Pics from HDB Hub for Nov BTO Sengkang Rivervale Delta

Just thought someone might want to see the tiles for Rivervale Delta since we had some time to head down:

(not particularly well-taken, but I guess it works!)

Reading the HDB website Home renovation page, it says there that there is a 3-year restriction period on removal of toilets wall and floor finishes - meaning "The toilets in your flat come with wall and floor finishes."

So, even if I did not select the additional options (like flooring etc), the toilets still comes with wall and floor tiles installed?

You are right. Toilets are pre install with tiles and for the first 3 yrs can't hack cos of the waterproofing. Can only overlay the tiles

So, they leave a hole for the toilet bowl and water pipes for both washbasin and the toilet bowl if you did not purchase those options???

Looks like have to do some overlay as I like to separate the shower area from the rest of the area.
