what free gifts can i get if i buy an ipod nano?

the warranty is 1 year right? if send for warranty apple will give a refurbished ipod nano?

Hi Turtle splash, i'm afraid we are not having any promotions for the iPod nano at hte moment. As for warranty, yes there is a 1 year warranty that comes with it.

I'm looking to purchase a Macbook Air from your outlet.

Does it contain any free gifts included like other premium retailers?

How does the warranty work as well? 1 year provided by Apple, and subsequent if we wish to extend it will be via Applecare?

Do we warrant a 1-1 exchange in case the laptop has manufacturing defects within few days or something?

There is a 1 year warranty which you can extend with purchase of Applecare.

In the case of manufacturing defects, you can bring back the set within 14days of purchase with your receipt.

Hi KD1980, we have a 14-days Exchange Policy. Provided
Product certified faulty - Not cosmetic defects (If defects are unable to determined by the naked eye, devices will need to be send to Apple Authorise Service Centre for diagnosis and then provide us with full service report. Every exchange will be case by case basis. For any other defects, i'm afraid we do not provide any refund policy for Apple products.

Gift from Friend (iPad Mini 3G 16Gb)

I got a surprise gift from my friend yesterday which he brought from your store at Marina Bay Link Mall few days back not even a week! I called earlier to the store he brought to enquire if I can bring back the item which is still sealed for a top up, in exchange for an ipad Air. The salesperson whom I spoke to say it is Nubox policy that any item sold is non-refundable and exchangeable, even if I am willing to top up cash for another item. He further emphasized that any items returned will be treated as second hand item. May I know is this Nubox policy? Coming from a Apple Premium reseller?
