I can ony see transaction from ibanking... so how to know?

You won't know exactly how long it takes to post the transaction. Only when it's posted will it appear in iBanking.

Best not to leave it to the last week of the month to try to clock up the required spending.

opening account online

Hi, is it possible to open the OCBC 360 account online?

Also, if I am not currently working, i.e starting work in August, can I open the account now first and apply for the credit card at a later date.

Lastly, when i click on open an account, it says "Sorry, we are temporarily unavailable.", is it because got maintenance or some other stuffs I have to do?

Thanks for inputs.

If you don't already have an ocbc account, you probably have to go down to a branch?

you can definitely open the cc at a later date.

I actually already have an account. I logged into my OCBC ibanking, but it says the open account service temporarily unavailable. Is it on maintenance?

if you do apply online, avoid the option to upload your documents via their app. It sux and doesn't work. Better to take your own picture using phone and upload directly.

If i pay for 3 bills (eg. Stingtel phone, Myrepublic internet) using my Frank card, does it count as having fulfilled the 360 requirement of "pay any 3 bills" as well?

I want to get the 6% discount on online transactions from frank and the 1% bonus interest from the 360 account.

You would have received your answer if you read through this thread but I'll answer you anyway.

Answer is no. You must pay 3 bills out of your bank account using the pay bill function to get that additional 1%

Hi ocbc,

If my credit card transaction is on 29th june, not posted yet will I be eligible for 1% bonus interest?

Hi there!

The transactions will have to be posted to your card account first, in order for it to be eligible.

Unfortunately, some merchants may take longer to post the purchase to your card account.

Strange.

I didn't see the extra interest in my 360 account.

I also didn't see the rebates in my 365 credit card.

I am so reluctant to call their hotline as i need to wait 40 mins the last time i called.

When will the extra interest and rebates for both 360 a/c and 365 cc be credited?

Hi there!

Thanks for your interest! Whether you're an existing customer or new to us, you should be able to open an account online. If you're still facing problems, please let us know.

And as for the credit card, in order to enjoy the bonus interest, we do encourage you to apply as soon as you can!

Hi there!

For 360 account, the bonus interest will be credited to your account on the 7th business day of the following month.

So for interest earned in June, it will be credited by end day 9th July.

For 365 credit card, the cashback will be credited in the next month's statement.
