My OCBC360 only can max 2.75% because I had spent $500 in UOB One.
Any better alternative than OCBC360?

At my HSBC, I can see 5th May receiving date after I transferred amount in today. It would be better you check OCBC ibanking latest incremental saving ADB on Monday. If you see value at >$700 then your today posting date is Monday otherwise is today if you see >$500.

The statements show your average daily balance for the month.
Just look at both April and March statements , do a simple subtraction to get the difference ( increment ).

Is it true? I withdrew today and it’s dated today

It's real.... today I can see at OCBC value date is 5th May for yesterday withdrew and the increment saving ADB showing about $750, I'm sure will drop to about $700. If you don't doing anything for this whole month, it's still ok as the incremental value will be drop to about >$532.26 by end of this month and you are safe to receive SAVE bonus for this month.

Suggest you switch to DBS Multiplier instead. For OCBC there is no cheap way that makes sense.

Invest option can consider buy unit trust or structured deposit, but risk involved.
