Same here. Disappointed with OCBC's response time - after applying for credit cards from so many different banks, this is the first time I was told that 2-3 weeks of processing time is required (and this is only the minimum). We are applying for a bread and butter card - not being invited to get an American Express Centurion Card. :s8:

Makes no total sense when the bank is having a massive marketing campaign while giving disappointments and hesitations. The reason by the bank will definitely be "due to overwhelming response" but to me is simply crap

For joint ocbc 360 account, the $400 spent must it be under the primary account holder's credit card or is it the total amount spent under both account holders?

Applied on Wednesday night via ibanking and the account was activated this morning. Pleased with the turnaround time, considering that I do not have to head down to the bank personally.

1) Yes
2) Pay "OCBC Credit Cards" and bill payment number is your 16-digit Credit card number.

both credit cards (principal and sup), the spending for the sup card will be combined and transferred to the principal every billing month.

BUT, the principal of the credit card MUST also be the principal of the 360 account. afaik, when you open joint account, there is a "main" user. So that "main" user have to be the person signing the credit card.

If I'm wrong , feel free to correct me (lots of experts here). Cheers!

with the frank card, it is quite easy to hit $400. flashpay can be used at many places. get a few sup cards to make it easier.

Hi there!

As long as you make 3 bill payments either via our OCBC internet banking or GIRO, within the month, you will be entitled to the bonus interest.

If the bill payment is captured as a 30th June transaction, it will be eligible. Likewise if you make a bill payment on 31st July, you will receive the bonus interest on the 7th business day in August.
