As long as it wasn't paid via OCBC you can pay again. OCBC will count it as bill payment

i wasnt paid via OCBC for sure. so confirm i can pay again?
and singtel will credit it to my account and deduct it in the next bill?

Someone told me i cannot do so previously.

Thanks.

Any excess amount paid to SingTel account will be used to offset future outstanding bills

No harm trying right? Technically speaking, it should work.

U can prepay to offset future bills

But If u pay twice to the same account in same month, it is only 1 bill payment

yeap. only got 2. any good cc to recommend?

1 week left not much time to apply new card. Check if your family members got other cards.

We dunno your spending pattern so can't advice u. For the sole purpose of paying for 360, any card will do. Best is ocbc card itself. Eg Ocbc doesn't work for dbs altitude amex

You can pay from your OCBC 360 ACCOUNT but not the CARD. Most bill payments via card will NOT work and the minority that do are listed on their IB website.

U can't use the card to pay at OCBC Web but can use the card to pay at Starhub Web.

hey guys, I'm intending to get 2 credit cards and 1 singtel bill to makeup the "3 bill payment" requirement. 1 credit card will be ocbc 365. Any advice for the other card? I'm not making a lot of money so ideally i don't want a minimum spend for the 2nd card.

you don't have to force yourself to get another card just to make up the 3 bill payment. income tax also counts as one bill payment. otherwise, phone bill (you can pay part of it and the rest to your card if you want).

but income tax will be every year, while the account requires every month right?

Thanks for this advice. I'm wondering if there's a better card than the everyday card that doesn't have minimum spend, and can be useful for the once-in-a-while good discount. Someone recommended the robinsons card lol

Sign up for monthly instalment giro for your income tax.

If you're using the card for once in a while purchases you also won't get a bill every month ma

True, but I could just spend a dollar, and when a good deal comes along, it'll be of good use. perhaps the everyday card is a worthy consideration lol.

But monthly instalment giro for income tax sounds better since i dont have to worry about fees and waivers.

Edit: there's a minimum monthly amount for giro right? That will mean I pay more income tax than I actually need...:/

posb everyday card no min spend for transport and sheng siong rebate, be careful if u want to use income tax giro cos it might not last 12 mths depending on your tax amt
