For Shopback, it is dependent on the merchant you are making the purchase from. Apple and Lazada are eligible merchants for 10X OCBC$.

Annual service fee will be waived when cardholders meets the required minimum spend within the card’s anniversary year. Details on the annual service fee and the required annual spend may be found on our website, as well as the back page of the monthly credit card bill statement.

If you will like to appeal on the waiver outcome, please drop us a private message with your Bank registered contact number. We will then arrange for our service executive to call & assist you.

All waiver appeals will be subjected to the Bank's review & approval.

If your Titanium Rewards credit card is your last OCBC$ earning credit card, do note that the rewards points will be forfeited upon termination.
