I extracted the following from the card terms and conditions:

On top of that, we also recognise the following list as eligible merchants (or as stated on the OCBC Titanium Rewards Website from time to time) which will earn Bonus OCBC$ on any purchases made with these merchants: Alibaba Daigou Mustafa Centre AliExpress Ezbuy Qoo10 Amazon IKEA Shopee* Courts Lazada Taobao.

But since the transaction is going through Instarem, I am not sure if the amazon purchase will still qualify for the 10x rewards.

OCBC will need it to be Amazon. If you buy thru Amaze, OCBC sees Amaze as the merchant as Instarem is passing thru the transaction due to description in bill starting with *amaze*AMAZON. see my post from last year. have been discussed before many times in Amaze thread...

the most impt clue is always in the t&c, time and again.

i've explained earlier in many pages back. if a bank says get X% or special promotions at "Book Store X", "Shop Y", "Restaurant Z", you need to use the actual bank card to pay and not amaze. they based on the description to award the MERCHANT SPECIFIC promos. if you choose to use amaze, the merchant becomes Amaze in the eyes of the bank as the description changes to begin with *amaze POPULAR SG instead of e.g. POPULAR SG. their system is likely clued to lookout for transaction (and probably typical MCC of Popular?) with description beginning with POPULAR to award as such.

whereas if a bank promo says get X% or specials for shopping at specific spending TYPE. If they say Grocery, Petrol, all these purchases must carry a MCC code of a Grocery or Petrol in order to qualify for the respective bank's rebates/promos. In the case of F&F card t&c, it has already been spelled out clearly they are looking out for MCC 5411 to be eligible classed as grocery. So any merchants that has 5411 MCC will qualify, even though amaze card passes the descriptions down as *amaze Fairprice but has 5411 MCC passed to the bank. it does not messes the MCC of the transaction.

Sure-fire way to guarantee 10x without waiting for someone here to reply, and having to trust that the info is still good when you need to make your purchase:

Buy something cheap like a pack of batteries at either store, then call the bank immediately to check.

Can this Titanium Rewards card earn 10x points for retail transactions at branded good stores overseas?

Eg. physical stores of Chanel, LV, Balenciaga in Paris? and for department stores like Galeries Lafayette in Paris?

I'm intending to make huge purchases, and would appreciate if you can advise. Because it seems like bags are not included in the MCC list on your website. Thanks
