I have used my OCBC titanium credit card for mileslife transaction in Nov and dec 2018 and was not given the extra 14 $OCBC in the following month. I called the CSO using phone banking and officer doesnt seem to know there is a miles-life promotion at all. pls advise.

If my card expiry date is 12/21 which mean this mth jan i will be earning 10x reward as it already pass my card anniversary right

I do understand lazada earn 10x what if i check out using paypal with ocbc ti reward card does it still earn 10x?

For eligible Mileslife transactions that are posted in November, the additional OCBC$ should be credited by end December. And transactions posted in December, you should receive the additional OCBC$ by the end of this month, January.

The OCBC$ count will be reset on the first day of the month, and will be based on the credit card account opening date.

If your credit card account opening date is in December 2017, on 1 December 2018, the count will be reset.

Lazada transactions via Paypal will be eligible for 10X OCBC$.

Challenger transactions will be eligible for 10X OCBC$.

And Trazora is correct, there is no monthly cap on the OCBC$. The annual cap is set at 120,000 OCBC$.
