I have answer from OCBC call center, according to her, the balance of 9x bonus point will only appear by the end of following "physical" month! Since my statement is 20 Jun 2017, the balance point only appear after the end of following "physical" month, ie. end of July 2017. Therefore, the bonus points will not appear in 20 July 2017 statement but 20 August 2017 statement. I can understand and accept the bonus points to be reflected by the following months statement but not the third month! I don't think I will continue to use this card!

Should the transaction be posted by the merchant by June, you will be able to see the 9X rewards reflected in your rewards account in end July. If the purchase was made late June, and was only posted in July, you should be able to see the 9X transaction by end August.

If I didn't remember wrongly, the max you could get is actually 48K miles as per card MAX is $12K for 10x points? Unless of course, you had used 1 x blue + 1 x pink...

I used the card. If u checked the post previously, OCBC DID mention that Gain City is counted for 10x rewards.

We would like to clarify that 10X Rewards will be given to the Merchant Categorisation Code (MCC) as stated in our Terms & Conditions - https://www.ocbc.com/assets/pdf/cards/titanium_rewards_credit_card-terms-conditions.pdf?rand=1

MCC is determined by the merchants and its' acquiring banks.

RedMart transactions will not be eligible for 10X rewards.

Lazada (from 1 June 2017) and Qoo10 transactions will entitle you to 10X rewards.
