I made the transaction on 28dec 2018 and another Apple transaction on the 15jan2019 in both instances I didn’t get my 10x

1x OCBC$ will be credited when the transaction is posted. The remaining 9x OCBC$ will be credited by the end of the following month.

Do note that merchants may take up to 7 days to post the transaction. The transaction that you have made on 28 Dec'18, may have only been posted in January.

In this case, you can expect to receive the 9x OCBC$ for both transactions by the end of the following month.

If you happen to not receive the 9x OCBC$ by the end of February, please feel free to drop us a PM & we will check on this for you.

If i want to cancel the blue card due to annual fee waiver fail but i still keep the pink card. Will i lost the OCBC$ get from blue card since the OCBC$ i get are pooled from both blue and pink card ?

Hi there

OCBC$ is accumulated under the main cardholder's name, not per card basis. You can hold other OCBC cards that earns OCBC$, and all OCBC$ will combine under the main card holder's name/ account.

So yes, even if you terminate the Blue card, the OCBC$ will not be lost

1. Clothes, shoes and bags
2. Department stores
3. Babies' and children’s wear
4. Electronics and gadgets

Purchase of jewelry will earn 1x
