Lazada Redmart will be eligible for 10x
I cant attach a link as this is a new account. But here's what they quote.

We understand that Redmart is now part of Lazada, and have moved all operations to the Lazada platform.
Redmart purchases via Lazada app and website will be eligible for 10X OCBC$.

Watsons/Guardian no longer eligible

If you happen to not receive the 9x OCBC$ by the end of the following month after the transaction has been posted, please feel free to drop us a PM & we will sort this out for you.

OCBC$ question

Hi Ocbc,

How does the award process of OCBC$ for each transaction work?

What I am trying to ask is eg I make a $100 purchase on Lazada's app in April, as this is eligible for 10x OCBC$, how many OCBC$ would be credited as the base for that transaction and when would the rest of the bonus OCBC$ be credited?

Is there also a way to find out how much OCBC$ each transaction has earned?

Thanks!

Hi dckhzgh,

1x OCBC$ will be credited once the transaction is posted. The remaining 9X OCBC$ will be credited at the end of the following month, based on the transaction posted date.

You may refer to the 2 examples below:

If the purchase was made on 2 April & the merchant has posted the transaction on 6 April, 9X OCBC$ will be credited by the end of May.

However, if you have only made the purchase on 30 April & the merchant only posted the transaction on 2 May, 9X OCBC$ will then only be credited by the end of June.

Please feel free to call our hotline at 1800-363-3333 if you will like to have the breakdown of the OCBC$ awarded on each transaction.

Hope this clarifies!

Hi djr81,

Rewards are capped at 120,000 OCBC$ per card anniversary year.
Reset of rewards will be done on the first of the card opening month.

For instance,

•Your card's opening date is in April 2018.
•As of February 2019, you have maxed out the 120,000 OCBC$.
•On 1 April 2019, the OCBC$ count will be reset.

Do also note that the card opening date will change if a card is replaced. You may call our hotline at 1800-363-3333 to check on the card's opening date. Our service executive will be able to check & advise you accordingly.

Hi OCBC

I am intending to buy Rimowa luggage bags from the Lufthansa airport store in Frankfurt. Could you advise whether this would be entitled to 10x OCBC$? Thanks.

Hi! Do transactions on the Sony Playstation Network Store count for 10X OCBC$?

Hi there,

Sony Playstation Network Store is likely to fall under games related MCC which is not eligible for 10X OCBC$.

If you have made the transaction and would like to check on it, please drop us a private message with your contact details.
