Sorry to hijack the post. Same problem as lurker88. Anyone else having problem adding OCBC Titanium to Lazada? Error is card failed to bind. Had checked with Lazada, they said no issue. And there is no issue with my card. But problem persist.

Sorry to learn that you are still not able to add the card to Lazada. You may want to consider calling in and getting a new card. However, we are unsure if that would help either, as you have checked that your card account is in good order.

If my card anniversary is from Jan to Dec, will the 9x for my transactions made in Dec be counted towards the yearly cap of 120000 points in the 1st year or 2nd year since the 9x points will be posted in Jan, which is the start of the new card year.

Assuming my new card year starts from Jan,
If I spend 10k in Dec, and subsequently 8k in Jan, what is the total amount of points I will get if they were done on qoo10?

Sorry for the wait.

For the OCBC$ cap of 120,000, we will be looking at the transaction period, and not when the OCBC$ was posted.

Therefore, in the scenario (Card anniversary year of Jan - Dec) you had provided, the 9X OCBC$ earned for transactions made in December will count towards the cap for the first year, and not the second year.

In your website, you stated that the shopping category "Babies' and children’s wear" are under the 10x category.

Does this mean that all purchases at local baby fairs are eligible for 10x? I am not able to give you the specifics of the various fairs but here's a gist of what they are.

10X OCBC$ is given based on MCC of the merchants.

For transactions made at baby fairs, we apologise but we will not be able to advise upfront if the transactions will be eligible for 10X OCBC$, as we are unable to ascertain how the transactions made at these fairs are coded.

However, if you are intending to make a purchase for babies and children’s wear with merchants such as Mother Care, Kiddy Palace at the fair, we will grant you the 10X OCBC$.

Once you have made the transaction, just drop us a private message, and we will be glad to help you sort it out. Please keep a copy of your receipt.

As for your query on Yishion, we are checking with the relevant department if we know the MCC for it, and will get back to you again.
