Hi djr81,

Do note that the OCBC$ reset is based on the opening date of when your card was first issued. In order for us to accurately advise you on this, can we arrange for a call to you?

Please do let us have your mobile number via PM.

Alternatively, if you would prefer communicating via secured mail, you can log in to Online Banking, and drop us your query there. Once done, let us have the 16 digit reference number of the secured mail via PM as well.

Hello OCBC, would purchases at a jewellery shop with OCBC Titanium count as shopping and thus earn 50 OCBC$ for every $5 spent?

I made a purchase of 3k at LV overseas in first week of Jan 2023. I received 3000 points immediately.

I called the customer service, they mentioned end of feb i can see the bonus points in my rewards transaction.

Up till now i haven't see the bonus points in my rewards transaction.

That was the first time i check my rewards transaction after holding the card for more than 3 years. I wonder am i scammed out of my points.

Did you happen to check with OCBC on what is the MCC code for this merchant? If it is under the list of qualifying transaction, you should ask them to double-check on the date that they have posted the 9X bonus points to you so that you can check on the transaction history record online to tally.

Just called OCBC again, once again confirmed that it is eligible for bonus. MCC 5691. The expected date bonus points should be credited into my account should be End of Feb as per my first call with them.

Seems like their system not reliable, need to check every transaction whether bonus points come in or not. They are checking why this wasn't automatically credited into my account.

Hi OCBC,

Regarding the OCBC Credit Card Sign-Up Promotion (Online Exclusive) and OCBC Titanium Rewards Card Apply and Spend Promotion

I applied for both titanium and 365 online on the same day. Which card spend will be counted for the $500 requirement? What should I do in order to be eligible for the $228 cash reward from 365 and also the 28,800 OCBC$ from titanium. Pls advise, thanks.
