Repeat the "Honest" driver many many time, and you get the "serious" offender.

There is a fine line to be drawn between honesty and cheating and for OPC, we just need to stick to the rules, to enjoy the benefit. Its not hard and just takes some discipline. If wanna hiong, then don't complain when caught.

love my OPC. 17k save upfront plus 800/yr for 10 yrs, total 25k saved and i still have a car to use.

i m one of those who dun dare to start the car until i am convinced i have bought the e-coupon. if for some reason computer spoil n cannot buy, i will drive out straight to AXS n buy. so far only once in the past 4 years tio summon. that one also, someone else was driving and not me.

too bad this is singapore we are talking about where the government have to force you to save for your retirement using cpf and chewing gum is banned

for erp which they can track every car that did not pay, they only make them pay the gantry charge and admin fee. for something like opc where they can hardly track this is a definitely no-go. this will only make it into a pay when u get caught system instead.
