some lower floor unit at some stack is priced higher than some higher floor unit of the other stack, some are priced the same despite on the different storey

edited: same floor but difference of $10k despite same unit size also have maybe due to different direction /etc

I see, I thought higher floor always higher price than the lower floor.

imagine the density is already packed like sardines during peak hour... definitely won't lose to east west line

even taking LRT on the east side of punggol already full, the crowd at the MRT station is just terrible and a nightmare to me

This I have to 100% agree with you. The LRT during peak hour is insane. Cannot imagine what the crowd is like again when covid is over. But hopefully CRL quickly comes up to remove a large % of train crowd.

I always have difficulty visualizing how the completed house will look like.

I believe they will also indicate the starting price for each block? Then add $1k per floor and i think $2k above certain floors like 10th. I rmb seeing a price range for each area, then i take the difference and divide by the floors. The not-so-hot projects are usually $1k add on per floor.

And also..if one block is nearer to mrt or what.. that block is more expensive! See the logic. Everything is money

Just out of curiosity.. long long time ago ()...when bishan was a young new town..did people think of it like how we think about punggol and tengah?

I remembered last time.. from Bishan.. it was hard to go to west or east..must always take a long mrt ride to city hall then change green line.
