I am on Singtel Fibre BB and I am still getting 170-190+ ping on HK or Japan servers. Is it just me or is everyone else getting the same ping?

I usually go for 80+ ping .. after hk server up I usually choose this.. 30+ ping. But strange thing is HK sometimes laggy.. zzzz

I know right. I am connected via a LAN cable to my router. Speedtest results on Singtel servers I get ard 700 to 850 mbps. I really dunno whats wrong. Should I change ISP?
