Similar to most M1 MVNOs, it supports VoLTE. It also supports VoWIFI.

Signed up for my parent. I believe they used Singpass to verify. I also had to send photos of their Merdeka card along with the IC.

I've a feeling Changi will be better than the present TPG, particularly in admin/CS matters.

Thinking of porting my $10 TPG line to the $15 Forever, also for better coverage underground.

Any thoughts/suggestions from current users?

Definitely much better. They are under the Changi Airport Group, and my interactions with the staff have been extremely polite and courteous. They've even initiated a few follow-up calls before sending email confirmations.

Their only "fault" is running on M1 infrastructure - so it may not work for you if you have had a poor experience with M1 coverage.

Agree with this observation.

I was at JEM Toast Box, totally cannot use. Think the spot is a blind spot. Singtel not much issue and Starhub a bit weak too. Move 10m+ away and M1 network gave me 130mbps....

i using 3x telco network except for TPG (port out from TPG to Changi Mobile recently). The other 2 being Gomo (SingTel) and StarHub.

M1 is kind of weaker than ST and SH but not unusable. For general usage, M1 is fine, just with a bit more blind spots.

For not demanding users, $15/40GB with free caller ID and VoLTE, Changi Mobile price is hard to beat. I think that’s a sweet spot up from $10/6GB plans.

Customer service quite ok, perhaps they have few customers so fast response is possible.

Oh, I'm good with M1. Been their user since their early days, while my working line is ST. My spare lines are either M1 or its MVNO.

I was around those JE malls on some errands earlier this afternoon with my MyRepublic line and it's good. Had to go into JEM's basement so decided to leave my TPG at home.

Although TPG isn't my primary line, I get irritated when I reach for the phone to do something only to discover there's no line. I guess my patience is running out, especially when there're good offers out there these days, and not forgetting better customer service.

If M1 reception works better for you, then switch.

What's best is really where a strong reception works for you for >80% of the places you are always in. No point having Singtel if you're always in a blind spot - best coverage does not mean total coverage. Or even poor coverage where you get terrible signal.

It's probably better to not have signal than to have a poor signal, cos that drains your phone battery like crazy and you get unreliable service cos of that.

We have 4 telcos who deploy their own network - you can try and see what works best then choose from the MVNO or MNO of that one that gives you the best package for you.

For me, Changi Mobile is okay. I like that it covers more indoor areas than TPG does. But it's not good enough to be my main phone because many places I'm at the M1 coverage is quite poor. As long as you have to toggle airplane mode to get data, it's a poorly covered place.

On the plan for 1 mth liao, so far so good. Reception-wise, havent encountered any issues yet but i dont make phone calls and go out often so i cant be very sure that there wont be no issues.

Those who want to sign up for the $15/40GB, just a reminder better do it soon before 31 Oct, otherwise the promo will end and it will be $25 instead.

Anyone cares to share which courier delivers the Changi Mobile SIM card, and will they call beforehand?

Also, do they only look at the NRIC since we've already sent a copy when registered online, or will they want to take a photo front/back? A little concern after the recent MyRepublic incident of stolen data.
