Anyone cares to share which courier delivers the Changi Mobile SIM card, and will they call beforehand?

Also, do they only look at the NRIC since we've already sent a copy when registered online, or will they want to take a photo front/back? A little concern after the recent MyRepublic incident of stolen data.
Their own. They called beforehand for my parent's case. No photos of NRIC, just check and verify ID.

Was quite a nice experience for us. The Changi Group professionalism/politeness even on phone and in person - very refreshing for a telco (cos we don't get the same level somehow). Really, the only knock against them is that they're on M1 and not SH/ST.

Thanks so much for the info. Since I've no issue with the M1 network so far, I'm hopeful and look forward to a positive experience. Thanks again. :)

Anyone knows? Can share? Thx.
From the general FAQ:

How do I terminate my Changi Mobile’s mobile subscription?
Termination request must be submitted via the Changi Go mobile app at least 3 working days before next plan renewal. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in the payment card tied to your Changi Go account.

Wonder how long more before they come up with eSIM. Hope it happens before their promo offers expire…

Anyone has signed up the CIS plan? Just need the code to sign up? Or they will need to see your employee pass?

I have issues in receiving Ninjavan's sms update.

As a result of that, I called Changi Mobile to terminate the line.

guess what the Changi Mobile's staff told me? Just dun pay the bill and it will auto terminate.

wouldnt that hurt my future credit rating?

What if you've more than 1 line tied to that account?

Is this your port-in number or from their new numbers? Have you blocked any calls/text from +65 numbers or something to the extend?

AFAIK, Ninja's updates don't always happen, so I switched to their Viber updates instead. Mine's ST number, though...

I got 2 lines with Changi Mobile.

Was a NSF few months ago so i was eligible for the 8GB for $8 deal. Subscribed one line for my gf's second phone.

I am not sure whether it will affect my 2nd line if i don't pay for 1st line. Will test it out this month.

My gf and I kept on receiving scam calls on our 8032xxxx number 🤦🏻‍♂️ Scamshield on iPhone does not block those scam numbers at all. Irritating.

Are you able to remove the payment card only from your own line? If so, then I'd think the other line should be fine so long as the card info is intact...

I was reading a thread here about blocking +65 numbers with the Scamshield app, and I think it ended up blocking all SG numbers as well... That's why I thought about that possibility with missing your Ninja SMS.

How long did it take you all to port in the you old number?
Mine took just a couple of hours, activated SIM around 8 or 9pm and port-in done on the same night ard 11pm. However my sister porting-in as of now, still haven't
complete. Activated sim last night around 9pm, after one night port-in not still not complete. I understand this is dependent on the old Telco and also it was also mentioned it may take
up to 3 business days to complete porting in.

Was wondering if anyone else took longer than just a couple of hours too?

Mine was the same night. Received the SIM card at around 6pm, 11pm donor telco line went down, swapped SIM card. Up by 1am on Changi Mobile.

Any iPhone user managed to eliminate/control the +65 spam calls from your CM line?

Haven't really gotten many +65 spam calls on my Changi Mobile line. Probably 2 in the last 3 months or so?

I got many Malaysian and UK ones for a period. But they've completely stopped after ignoring them for weeks.

May I guess that yours isn't one of the 8032xxxx numbers mentioned in an earlier post? Mine happens to be, and I got +65 calls almost daily plus a yes, UK one too. It surprises me to see a batch of new numbers from a fairly new network operator being spammed...

Will continue to ignore them and learn to tolerate then. Thanks! (y)
