I am a Changi Mobile Go user for 2 months. I am porting out this week.
Main reason for this is data connectivity disruption happens almost every week, and it is not the usual one that can be fixed by turning on and off airplane mode.
The technical support hotline is just a call centre and they have to escalate the issue to their tech department with a turnaround time of 24 hours.
For existing users, there was an outage on their end at around 11pm last night and was only fixed at 3am this morning. There was no broadcast and when I asked why, the person couldn't give an explanation.
So for those planning to switch due to the low priced plans, think many times again. There is really no point having alot of data when you cannot use it.
