Changi mobile is the stupidest “telco” i ever tried.

i got a value+ plan, it comes with
50gb + 50gb( streaming speed, basically slow speed) data
And free rollover!

this rollover **** is the **** up part!

for the first month i used about 40gb, so they roll over 10gb + 50gb (slow data) to this month.

after using the 10gb, i have to finish the 50gb slow data before i can use my this month 50gb normal speed data.

The 50gb slow data is basically not usable
I cant really do anything with it!
Loading youtube page, not video, takes about 2-3 mins, whatsapp everything also get extremely delayed!

so basically every 2nd months im not able to use it.😑

They're turning for the worst. lol
Could have just leverage on the Changi branding and offer better roaming options since on M1 infra, but... 🤷‍♂️

That image aside, there's nothing wrong with females leading. Perhaps the problem lies in middle-management sending the wrong message up and down. Don't always blame the gender.

I've worked under very capable female bosses and very crappy male bosses. Gender should not be a measure of capability.

Go check Changi Mobile belongs to who first and who is the subsi’s CEO.
I think the reason is because you got the title wrong, she is merely an Executive Director of the subsidiary. A very far cry away from being CEO of the main group.

What’s even more interesting is that neither her name nor subsidiary is listed on CAG’s Leadership page. And that page holds over 50 names.

Thanks for this sharing. I was once thinking of porting out my Starhub prepaid no. to Changi. Now I know I must NOT do so.

I got this issue,
On credit card statement , there 2 billing on same date, but I check on changimobile billing ,there only 1 billing
So now dispute with who?
