My Chromebooks' power adaptor from US have dual voltage. So sure should be no issues

Except the plug will be 2 flat pin, so you will need an adaptor for the plug

Any good for value chromebooks? Don't need an expensive one, just need a dedicated computer for my crypto transactions.

Preferably Lenovo since my laptop has been still working after all these years.

FYI just in case, not sure if u used chrome os before, it is different from windows, cannot install exe apps

mostly use browser, if need to install apps, can only install linux apps, and that is not turned on by default

can also consider newer chrome os models, did a quick search, this one also $200+, but note, is 14-inch screen, heavier

So I was looking around Amazon for chromebooks when I saw an Asus laptop with Win 11s home and Intel N6000 4gb ram and 64gb eMMC with 64gb microSD card going for $244... I understand that Win 11s home takes up much less memory space than the regular Win 11/Pro and restricts d/l of programs and apps to only Microsoft ones and when u do d/l stuff, it would usually be saved on Microsoft OneDrive that's why u dun need much memory space or hard disk space on the laptop and it still can run and operate smoothly... would that be correct?

maybe better to answer Windows question in a Windows thread

anyway, personally do not recommend running windows in s mode

first thing for most people when buying a s mode device is to turn it off

64gb storage is going to be very tight, due to windows updates in future

can consider, but suggest to store files in separate drive, e.g. micro-sd [if there is a slot on device] or small thumbdrive

expect it to run slower compared to the equivalent chromebook also

Oh I forgot to add to what I said earlier... the reason I brought up about the windows topic was because I was likening the Asus Windows laptop to a chromebook in that the Win 11 Home OS will also only take up little memory space compared to the regular win 11/Pro and d/l of programs is restricted to only microsoft ones (thus limiting dwonloads) and anything u d/l will usually be saved to OneDrive

Ya... the Asus laptop comes with a free 64gb microSD card so can be slot in. Ya I think for my usage... i should just stick to getting a chromebook... thanks for advice...
