The distance has been increased to 4km from May 2018 application for MCPS.

MCPS proximity is now 4km. As long as her name not co-owner in your new hdb, living with you is not an issue mah. No need to sell her pte. You are only using her address (pte or not doesn’t matter) for (so called) higher chance.

Ah yes, she is more than 4km away still LOL. But when I filled in the HLE, and when i put her as occupier (not owner), they said we not eligible for the loan because she owns private property..

Finally got my key collection date - 20/7/18
Grant approved - 6/7/18
Selection date - 2/5/18

Finally no need to check hdb website anymore xD.

hi guys for rof is it only just the remaining flats from the previous year's sbf or is it some additional units on top of that?

Thanks bro, feel really lucky cos my first time and got a unit I liked.

Did the defect check with my ID and didn't find anything worth reporting except service yard door needs a little tightening.
