The documents you need to bring is dependent on the conditions that you applied for like what scheme, grants, etc. Best to look at your appointment letter annex list. They list quite clearly on what will be needed for your appointment.

Don't worry about that. There's quite a number of ppl already move in to that area. I also got a unit there through Feb'18 ROF and i have gotten my keys. The duration for key collection depends on your HLE expiry date, grants and such. I got my keys 3 - 4 weeks after my selection. No grants, HLE expiring soon and i appeal.

My appointment date is in July, do I need to cancel it by calling hdb if all the units I want are taken? Or do I just ignore the appointment and don't show up on the day?

When I checked with HDB they said just ignore the appt if not selecting any units.

hi, i did not apply grants. And my hle just approved on 19 June. I just email the officer

tmr i am going to my ROF....

there's no Chinese Available Ethnic Quota for 4 rooms flat...

I can't afford 5rm flat. how ?

And Chinese Available Ethnic Quota for 5 rooms are all in the west side. Bukit Batok and CCK.
