Try not to hedge. you are just paying for commission and spread.
If you are not sure, just cut the loss and u start over again. Important is to manage the risk to an acceptable amount. In my opinion, try not to hold a position if you are unsure what to do with it.
There are different strategies depending on one's preference. find your own trading method u like. As long u can maintain it for a considerable amount of time with acceptable risk and return, you are on the right track.
For me, I would usually close the positions within minutes if possible.
For the brokers which I recommend, they are relatively safe, I have deposited and withdraw 50k USD at ICMarkets, Darwinex and Activtrades. Dukascopy is also good but it use JForex, unlike MT4 is not easy to use.
