My fixed expenses per month is below $1k as well. Dec may buy iPhone so cannot maintain liao. Nov spend quite abit as well. Other than some odd months, 3/4 of the year it's below $1k.

Yeah, I cant stand buying something that will depreciate in value

Like buying capland at $5 and it keep going down Everyday

Maybe will spend on those once off item but cannot be more than $2000 etc

But cannot blame them lah, when I was young I also want buy car and go holiday. But once i cross 30, suddenly I just want buy house le and realised the money I aim to use to buy car can actually be able to reduce some of housing loan

Anyway I prefer Brazilian style Football. Concede goals (spend money) no problem. What is important is to score more.

i also barely spend $1k a month, but i still go on holidays twice a year so average out maybe hit $1.5k or so. i like to travel but only to sight-see, not for shopping. i'm quite the cultural person.

Wah think my spending per month also $1k...$300 for parents $300 insurance, the rest is food and transport. think next year $1.1k/mth expenditure liao.
