Ya, I agree that healthcare reits is of the sector to look for. PLife Reits looks good but IMO still abit expensive to me :(

I have faith in the track record of PLife management. DPU has been increasing over the years. Very seldom issue rights. Effective capital recycling (sold away old properties at a profits and acquire higher quality ones with better future rentals).

Around $2.20 is alright to enter.

Plife management super good, very solid track record

good for long term holding

however do note that their debt profile is purely floating rates

so when interest rates go up, their DPU may come down

SINGAPORE (Nov 30): The Straits Times Index will likely stick within the 2,825-3,030 range in the next month, with attention on external central bank action, DBS says in a note.

The bank’s technical analysis indicates a narrow trading range, with “bargain hunting” opportunities below 2,825.

It notes that the beginning of an interest rate increase cycle -- which looks likely to start with the US Federal Reserve in December -- typically heralds an index correction in the initial two or three months, before a recovery is seen.

“Attention this week is drawn to the European Central Bank policy meeting on Thursday and the release of US November job numbers on Friday,” DBS writes. The STI trades at 2,859.71 on Monday afternoon, flat on its previous close.

Walau eh don't tell me lau auntie also jiak!?

This year my telcos, REITs & STE cui...:(

But luckily SATS, RMG and SS burst. Dividends also help in the healing. :o

But overall, not a good year...

Personal opinion is long as the FED remains indecisive on interest rate hike better stay on the sidelines first.
Hoard more cash for hard asset purchases. :)

Fully agree 2015 is quite a rough ride.
Can get some profits already very good.

2016 is going to be even a tougher ride. :D

I really don't know how you manage to live with spending less than $1K a month. :s11:

My expenditure also less than S$1000 per month.

Once you become a wealth accumulation junkie like me you will know how to find value and what unnecessary spending to cut back. :s13:
