not true. walk into any store in france and the tiongs are all asking for the kelly/birkins.

more often than not, the SA will oblige and bring out the available stock, if they have it.

all other countries you need to have a relationship with the s/a.

in Singapore 15k sgd spending (on anything actually except K&B, which means herbag, iwatch, cdc, kdt, clic clac are included. Was surprised about this as I always thought the spending should be on RTW or plates etc) you be entitled to a normal leather B or K. But very rarely you get what you request. vVovolVersace is right...that's the criteria. It doesn't matter if you beng or lian...though dress up a little might help actually..depends on the geographic location/culture.


Its funny everytime you see people lining up in the Hermes Paris stores at the bag section, I am not sure what exactly are they lining up for..because there is just not enough Hermes/Birkin to satisfy the queue...

I'm not sure if this exact design actually exist from H, but similar closure wallets, card case, etc is called Dogon. Any H stores will carry them, subject availability of course. HTH.

If you talking about the mothership shop at Paris, they have different queue for different items eg: leather queue is solely for leather product, scarf queue is only for scarf related item.
