Balls are nice = )

A supporter here! great built and good value for money imho.

Have 2 of them (no pun intended) though not planning to get another one near term, would look at acquiring some other brands, but its always on my radar since I got my first Ball.

Ball watches 3K and below are value for money. Above that, I am not sure if the brand justifies the price.

Maybe in future if Ball proves to be as popular as Omega.

im actually looking to buy Ball Iono. Retail price is $3050 iirc. After 30% is around 2200+. Was it a good choice?

I have a Ball Iono, its a great watch for its price, very well built and goes well for work wear and casual.

Though it does not really belong to the dressy sorta watch, but most ppl are not so particular now. The weight is pretty hefty though, just the way I like it, but you should try in an AD before you bite the bullet :)

stumbled upon this thread when i google for more info on ball.. didnt realise hwz also had a ball watch thread.. all the while i was aiming for the cosc diver, but after looking at the aviator and fireman night train, i like it as well!

what is the price range for these 3 watches? i want it with bracelet.. i know the cosc diver with titanium bracelet 3k+.. after disc slightly below 3k. what about the others? aviator is about the same price as cosc diver? to start off, i think night train is quite value for money right?

BALL's are quite cool! Am planning to get a BALL within this week.

Were considering Storm Chaser, Night Train and Skylab. Both Storm Chaser & Skylab are using ETA 7750
movement while Night Train using a Ball 124, base ETA. Anyone know the diff.?

Any idea what will be the price for this 3 model and which model is more value for money?
I need to do all this homework first before going down to the shop as i know i will hoot it on the spot.
Just play safe not to hoot the wrong one.

Thanks in advance for advices!

The Night Train is $1800 thereabouts. It is an easy watch to carry ;)

This is what i do:

1. Ask for the price, they'll give you either the retail price, or the price after discount.
2. Say if they can only give you 15%, tell them that XYZ watch shop is giving you 30%.
3. Usually, they'll take out their calculator and press press press...then...viola..."Ok, we'll match their price" :s13:

The above usually works, unless its some limited edition, or if they suspect that you're a spy from Ball :s13:

At least I went to VivoCity there ask. They say 15%.. Maybe I didny press further.

don bother with that shop. WoS right? (or was is allwatches?) located facing the entrance near Citibank. Big shop but snobbish sales person. I only go there to try watches n make them busy. Then go elsewhere buy haha...
