Hello everyone,

Does anyone have any experience in Ball's after sales service at the service centre?

I've read some good comments about their service. Please feel free to share. Thank you.

Have a good one :)

Yeah, it doesn't spoil easily :D

But it'll be good to send it for servicing, say once a year or so. This is to maintain the watch in tip top condition.

They r very friendly. The receptionist is a lady ard late 30s. Saw 2 mechanics, one in early 30s n the other like late 40s.

fyi, if there is anything u need to do to ur watch, bring it directly to them instead of thru the dealer. U can sav up to 5 days by sending it direct. learnt the long way when i sent thru Cortina.

Servicing for Ball watches is recommended for every 5 years or so.

Last i check, non chrono models is S$250 and chrono models is S$350. Very decent pricing IMO.
i think that's pretty decent as well.. how often you guys send your watches for servicing? once a year a bit ex for me leh.. :x 3 years once can? :)

Unless yr watch has been subjected to usage in extreme conditions (diving, harsh weather, etc.), 5 to 7 years should be fine. Every year is an overkill unless u have too much $$$ to burn. BTW, brand new Ball watches are covered by a 3 year warranty. Here's my experience with them during a warranty service:

I just heard from one of the Dealer that there will be a Ball Roadshow in Tampines mall this weekend. Anyone know about it?

The Ball roadshow at Tampines Mall (done by Vincent Watch) ended today, according to Loius.

There are Hydrocarbons, Fireman, Aviators there. My wife was smitten by the Engineer Master II Diver GMT.

Lol what better excuse to get it?!

But isnt that abit big for ladies? Buy in pretence of letting her wear, but use it for yourself when she is tired of the weight ... =p

I feel ball models are great for guys, but none of their ladies models appeal to me (luckily) else pocket another hole to buy for gf....
