Ya me kenna also, ask the staff is Ball watch value for money, he told me want value for money go buy Rolex, sure can sell good price next time..I think he don't understand what is "value for money", sigh..

Hey if you looking for Skylab, there is a piece at "The bencoolen" Champion time, very good condition used piece, I think going at $2080 if I'm not wrong.

Check this http://www.championtime.com/About_Us.aspx

Good luck!

Just to check is the rotating bezel unidirectional?
(Mine only can turn anti-clock wise direction only)

for safety reason, bezels are always unidirectional.

Hi,

Any shop in HK to recommend to buy Ball watches?

Cheers.

There is a list of HK AD under the BALL website, You can try locate one nearest to your hotel.

To Note: Or**nt*l Watch has quite a large number of outlets in HK. But make sure you go in the 'correct' one.

My personal experience when i got in the 'wrong' OW outlet:
- Saw BALL watches at the display, enter the shop ask if they have the specific model. The reply from a guy SE:" ???....no Ball, only rolex here."

Subsequently, i went to an other OW the SE service was okay, but they didnt have stock for the model.

U can drop by Sino Centre (Yau Ma Tei MTR) to have a look. If u dont mind travelling further and u are prepared to pay cash, u can visit a dingy little shop @ Shu Kuk Street (North Point MTR). U should be able to find the best deal at these places.

back from HK. HK has almost every model of Ball Ball as per Singapore. Prices is about 30-100 less than Singapore list price due to exchange rate diff.

Discount can get up to 37% after bargaining. Thing is, don bargain unless you wanna by keke....else easily piss them off, which is understandable keke..

I no bargain, just hear another fellow singaporean talking in cantonese at Sino there. Shop as recommended by thewiseone bro.

In the end, I only came back with a casio hee hee.

Did u have a nice time in HK? Its indeed a good opportunity to get a Ball in HK but i agree with u, please dont start haggling over prices unless u REALLY WANT TO BUY the watch. I hope the other Singaporean bargaining is sincere in buying. I really dont want to end up pissing people from the shop by recommending crappy customers to them. :s22: BTW, which Casio did u get? I thought the last time i check, Casio watches are more expensive in HK than SG.

actually, depends on when you change singaore to HK dollar. I changed a month or so ago and the exchange rate was 1:5.6*

And the model I got is like a left over model from 2008 haha..I went almost all the shops in TST, Central, YMT, Prince, Jordan, in search of it also couldnt find. In the end only found 1 piece at Arclyc centre in MK selling at discounted rate.

Got the GW-9100 Atomic Gulfman for slightly over 200. A bit ex for a casio IMO, but I prefer the aromic version without the tide graph as compared to the non atomic version which can easily get about 100 odd in Singapore :D

Ya,and totally agree, don bargain unless really wanna buy. Thats why me no look for your friend even tho I at the shop keke...

Thanks to the thewiseone. The ball watches at Sino Centre are really cheaper than Singapore's (retail prices). Unfortunately they dont have the model I want.

As for Northpoint, the shop don't carry Balls. Lol.... So bros here can give it a miss if you are just there to look for Balls.

There are 2 shops @ Shu Kuk St (Nortpoint MTR)... u mean the one on the left no longer sell Ball watches?
