Yeah just describe your problem and see what they do about it. Although since my issue was within 14days of purchase, they send me a new unit but without original box.

on new com.. I know I can do normal backup but my iTunes is empty.. I am wondering how can I transfer / sync my

1. contacts
2. apps
3. ibooks
4. tones

to my iTunes library..

Just thought I would share a funny yet quite annoying story with you guys. Was provided express replacement service by Apple for my Black 7plus that had hissing noise in video. End up receive Silver one. Call them and they ask me return silver. Just returned it today to DHL. Once they receive, they will setup another exchange and send Black. Hais Apple..

Did you test the silver one if it has hissgate too?
Anyone here got a replacement that still has the hissgate issue?

Yep, tested it. Sound was much much better and controlled. However, on my Black, the ringing noise and coilwhine is audible af.

audible meaning you lay it on the desk and you can hear it? Or only when you place the apple logo close?

Mine is during video playback. No sound from phone during usage. But when playing back recorded video, the sound is loud. Can't be covered up by other sound

ah ok.. that'd be very unusable then.. mine has high white noise but can't really hear hissing during video recording unless you really listen very carefully for it.. hope it doesn't get worse over time..

anyway for the others who wanna test your 7+ for #hissgate, you can try running this benchmark on your safari browser.

I know andriod to ip can transfwr but how long it takes..v slow nw..note 5 to ip7+

Does the link test consistently producing noises on your phone? Even after trying a couple of times?

Maybe it's the minority that is suay to have such issue?

yea it makes the sound everytime i run the benchmark, as with updating apps too. But mine can only be heard when placing the apple logo right next to my ear so yea..
