Welcome back!

I fully divested SCI after finally making it back to green. Waiting for opportunity and play around volatility to go back in.

Looking at telcos to add now. Also, thanks for heads up (and 3F) on Sabana reit. Might consider holding small portion.

SCI I also no more riao

ROE% seems depressed for 2016 and 2017, however their utilities business still seems good

ARA, GLP and FCL, I all take profit liao

those still holding, can strongly consider to take profit already... no need to be too greedy

my portfolio CXG riao.. now near 325k level...

i still remember 2016 jan lows... during sti 2500 bear.. my portfolio low was like 245k level LOL

cct my first reit, bought below 0.8PB. Wonder why no one buy. Too noob so dunno if I am right. Bought a little n slowly avg up lol.

CCT recently up a lot due to the golden shoe carpark becoming office asset
same as how CCT created capital green, so upside to increase nav per share if successful again

Jurong point is top top top quality asset imho. If they really win the bid I think is not a bad thing, cause got room to grow.

However, there is not much clarity on how they are going to fund the asset acquisition if they win......

FCL very aggressive in using debt like how they paid 4 bil for australand
now so fast want to jiak jurong point lol

FCL is a non blue chip, so risk is higher.... just be careful if u want to continue holding

I feel that if bought at 1.50... up 15 cents to 1.65 is already earn 10% in a short time... more than good enough

property developers are more for trading and less for buy and hold

if want buy and hold for dividends, telcos and reits are more appropriate

erm... but market prices can always swing, and your average price won't change unless you make new trades. ppl can always refer back to this and undercut you unless market is up up and away for a long long time. :s13:

CDG so good track record... solid blue chip for sure... however PE ratio is high at 16 times... I would avoid trying to own too many companies with high PE... so far in my portfolio only ST and CDG is high PE of 15-16 times
