M1 has gained a lot and unexpectedly is now my top position, I intend to reduce M1 by 1/3 from 15,000 to 10,000 if it reaches my TP of 2.40

FCT and CDG are still in the red, I would be happy to buy more CDG if it comes lower to bring my position from 8,000 to maybe 10,000 or 12,000


those asking for stock pick recommendations my current picks would be for the 4 segments

FCT - 1.98 or lower (current yield 6%, expect weak 2017 due to north point AEI, but 2018 onwards super growth once north point synergies link and explodes)
CDG - 2.50 or lower (expected yield 4% with 5% long term earnings growth)
ST - 3.80 or lower (yield still decent over 4.5% with netlink ipo coming up, potential special dividends in future)
OCBC - 9.20 or lower (yield is close to 4%, sale of UE should likely take place and help book 1 time gains)

Just done the calculations. If I am still holding my initial FCT position since 2011, I would have achieved 'freehold' status this year after adding up all the CD plus capital gains. But too bad I divested all in 2014. Heart pain!

Why heart pain, your money from there is put into FIFO which seems to have worked well for you mah.
