update on trading plan for december

SCI average cost 2.7, holding 10,000

to sell at 3.0 3.30 3.60 levels
3,000 ,3000, 4000

for profit taking


cash proceeds to pick up more reits and telcos
preferred picks for more power of cd

MCT/SH/ST to bring up to 30k value each

thinking maybe sell half my position in SCI to lock in some profits

currently sitting on 13% net gains

M1 i already have around 30k worth (15,000 shares)

SH and ST I have around 20k worth each

so thinking to bring all 3 to around 30k worth for max power of CD (10,000 SH and 8,000 ST)
