reits no need see EPS cause it has many non cash item like depreciation

see DPU gearing PB more accurate

summary of the last 2 week

basically what I have done in the past 2 weeks is took profits from the oil rally by selling KC and SCI... net gains of around 10% overall on these positions (KC 8.5%, SCI 12.5%)

the cash proceeds were pumped into reits which were down 10%+ over the last 4-6 weeks... MCT/CCT/FCT/CMT/SUN

example FCL TP 1.70 ~ means target price to sell at 1.70

FCL TP 1.50 ~ meanings target price to buy at 1.50


sometimes TP also means Take Profit
