will post updated portfolio in a few days time

have loaded heavy on reits....

my view is that reits already sold down 10-15% ahead of the rate hikes, downside limited.... and yields are attractive

the 5 reits I picked are of the best quality, providing me with a solid long term yield of 6%...

they also have a track record of growing DPU and NAV... I expect them on average to contiuning growing at around 3%-5% cagr

cheers

Me not greedy. As long as I got min 4.5 - 5.0% yield satisfied liao. Anything more than 5% is bonus. :s12:

hahaha but don't have that much capital now. Will be picking a few to enter. Which would be a good entry to both Reits and telco? CCT and ST?

GOLDEN POST OF THE DAY...

These 3 reits already down 10% in the last 3 months... mostly due to fear of rate hikes
Well... if you do not have the courage to buy reits when its cheap... then you might as well go DCA STI ETF...

then LLST lor. haha. have to take risk mah. for those who board now, there's a risk of prices falling... for those who wait for lower price, there's a risk of missing the boat.
what if u wait and the reits go up higher and higher?

already said many times, reits already down 10%...

down 10% u can choose to wait for it to be down 20%... but the risk is there of missing the boat
