I suggest waiting for the lease expiry issue to be sorted out in 2017 before taking a position......the current price is not juicy

best is to save 50% of what u earn and put it into stocks

It was CWT that divested their logistical assets into the cache reit


now CWT become like less of logistic player... more of giant commodities trader, jin scary

price to book value seems very high

their assets also very quite short life span, i suggest u read their annual report in detail and see each of their power plants.. some left like 10+ years life span nia

intl players like glencore, BHP and locally, Noble, Olam all got bad reputation
