also when temasek is buying... means very low chance that HPH will be bought out

usually its the opposite... when they sell down the stakes... then someone comes over to offer a buyout lol

example temasek asked capitaland to sell out australand... after whole stakes sold out.. then FCL bought out australand

example GIC sold down stakes in GLP... now china investors planning to make an offer for it.. may or may not come true

example the privatalization of keppeland and capmallasia, the companies were buying back their own shares... T and G did not buy their shares in open market

my advise is.... when T buys or sells... please open your EYES BIG BIG... cause something is gonna happen... sink or float.. its your guess

my XIRR and CAGR is higher than T and G in the past decade... even a noob like me can beat them... that's how bad they are

u might have missed this... temasek dun manage a 300k portfolio... for example, u hoot ara big time... but they cant... even if they bought 100% shares of ara, impact to their overall profitability is relatively much smaller to than ur portfolio.
