Suntec F&B is crowded in certain areas only right?
I visited Suntec early this year on a Sunday and at one wing(T4 IIRC), all 4 levels is empty. Had a group of 20 people with me and can pick and choose which F&B to sit at, no problem finding space at all.

suntec the F&B caters more towards the weekdays office crowd, weekend most ppl at the conventions side

best is to look at the valuations and see whether at current price is it would buy and hold for long term or not
