my reits weight-age of total portfolio is roughly at 45% cannot jiak anymore.

Currently still looking to add more Singtel and bio-ing SS..

But i do not share the same optimism though..

Currently with another 35-40% Warchest waiting for another feb 16 pricing.

if not will slowly wait out for bargain buys.

REITS will only be more volatile in 2017. really must get those bluechip reits.

currently vested in AIMS, FCT, CMT and 2 other smaller ones.

Why no one look into property developer? My project in Raffles City Chong Qing, first tower for residential already fully sold out. And Intercontinental reserve another tower for hotel.

If Sg government really relax the property loan rules. Banks and property developer will trend higher. Watch out for CDL, UOL and Capitaland.

Im not sure whether i remember correctly, but out of these 5 generals, zhang fei and guan yu's fate didnt have a good ending, ma chao probably commited suicide too... Maybe only zhao yun and huang zhong died a normal death. :s22::s22:
Sooo.. Your CMT and CCT maybe will..... =:p
Just jking ya, dont take it too serious.

Ma Chao died of illness in the novel. In history, it is not recorded how he died.

Huang Zhong died in injuries in the novel (Battle of Xiaoting, during Liu Bei's attack on Wu). In history, it is not recorded how he died.

Zhao Yun died of illness/old age (at around 70), between Zhuge Liang's the first and second expedition out of Hanzhong.

U mean who, Capitaland? I have it but it doesn't go very far up.

I worried got more downside for reits man. I understand that their price already quite depressed liao, but if sti drop to 2700 levels, will we revisit feb levels for reits?
Nice to see some independent thinkers here ;)

If it drop; I don't care. I just want my dividend. Am not a FIFO person either. Otherwise I won't be holding long term.

I was thinking like you in 2007. Question is how much dry powder are you left? If still many, that's good.

If little, good luck. Wait till you experience a 40-50% plunge in asset prices and you will know how it feels.

:o does having such an experience makes you hold a sizable amount of cash all the time?
