Very true! Just like those S Reits having lower PB ratio and dangling higher div yield but I also scared to buy.
A qns to all, esp those reits gurus.... what key figures should we be looking out for in order to get a good reits? Those impt ones I guess should be management track record (eg high lease ratio, AEI to enhance property etc), close to 1 PB ratio, and of course div yield & DPU growth

Good stocks will always trade above book value most of the time.
A stock does not necessarily make a good buy just because it is trading at low PE or PTB multiples.
