aims is purely industrial assets... very very little biz parks or science parks, so rentals should decline, along with dpu

maybe that's why market is pricing in a 10% discount to book, as they are fearful of lower industrial rents which may lead to lower value of assets/nav

if want to hoot industrial reits, would prefer Areit over aims... as Areit is really much better quality and is blue chip status... very big difference

however Areits now a bit expensive... must wait for lower entry of say 2.2 or 2.3
