All forcefully hushed up by the Abe administration, because even though evacuation orders for certain areas in Fukushima have been lifted, hardly anyone is returning to their former homes.

Thankfully got foreign media coverage so they need to wayang and at least stop radiation leakage/remove contaminants before dumping into the sea etc.

Looking at it, I feel happy, scared and angry at the same time.

Happy because it finally broke past 10% returns, and also validated that index investing works :D

Scared because we might or might not be headed for a steep drop soon :eek:

Angry because a lot of the returns are also due to the steep drop in the Japanese Yen ever since Trump got elected. Also means that if limpeh go Vietnam now to find SYT dua neh neh Vietbu, need to spend more moolah to live like a king :mad:

What do you all think of the conjecture that Singapore property market will never collapse because

government is in control of the prices,

who doesn't pay their mortgages in Singapore,

demand from overseas buyers always there?
